Del Cerro, always one of East San Diego's most popular homebuying communities, stays red hot in July with a sales temperature of 98 degrees. According to the Two Sparks Group's Weather models, Del C's 'sales temperature' continued to soar as buyers compete for very few homes on the market. Prices are up also, and the median days on market continue to hover around one short week. Supply of homes for sale is just 2 weeks at time of publication. True to form, the area always does nicely, and our forecast models predict this area will continue to be a sellers market deep into Summer, and likely Fall, of 2021.
